I’ll teach you to see the world through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS).

In this masterclass, you’ll step inside your mind and uncover the "parts" that make you who you are.

In IFS, we understand that each person is made up of various parts.

Parts, aka sub-personalities, are driving behavior, making people do things they don’t want to do, and think thoughts they don’t want to think.

If you've seen the movie Inside Out, it’s like that—except in real life, we have more than 5 emotions to meet, and the inner community of your mind is way more complex.

You’ll learn to analyze both body and spoken language to identify the parts that drive your behavior, thoughts, and life choices.

This insight is the first step in transforming your relationships with yourself and others.

Once you recognize that these parts exist and learn how to find them, you’ll be able to:

• Uncover new layers of yourself you’ve been trying to reach,

• Deepen your relationships and understand others better

• Regain control in moments when you’ve felt disempowered,

• Steer conversations to uncover what’s really going on,

• And de-escalate conflicts using special language that helps everyone feel fully understand

This masterclass is divided into 5 segments.

1) Assumptions of IFS: Let’s make sure we’re on the same page, define our terms, and understand the basics of IFS. What are parts?

2) Parts Detector: Where do parts hide and show up? Look through your magnifying glass and spot these clues!

3) Parts Language: Decode and translate — how to speak on behalf of parts and communicate with other people about your parts.

4) Parts Tracking: Grab your detective notebook. It’s time to hone your observation skills and catch parts in the act!

5) Live Group Call Recordings: I’ve taught this masterclass LIVE to online students twice. The first time was a lecture with slides — information heavy. The second time was an interactive conversation with journaling exercises and Q&A.
